I grew up during the time of doodle art - remember those? You got a pack of felt markers and elaborate black line drawings on a number of themes. I would spend hours coloring these in! Little did I know then that coloring pages were a benefit to my well-being. Believe it or not, there is now a way for children to create their very own iron-on transfers with some new technology that has been developed. The Magic Color Page is transfer paper that has been specially developed for kids. They can draw on this transfer paper just as if they were creating their own picture in a coloring book. The net, activity booklets in dollar stores, family restaurants, or even sometimes at public libraries are sources of coloring pages, simple black and white drawings most commonly of cute cartoon characters.

I can recall vividly my father introducing me to coloring in sheets as a hobby, and now I am doing the same with my child. Never mind how the world changes, our children nowadays love to color in just as much as we did when we were young. Kids love to show off what they can do by using their paints on the coloring sheets you give them. There are a variety of cool images within lots of categories. All of the images pertain to the farm theme, whether it's indoors or out. Find farm animal coloring pages: cows, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep and more! Find vehicles found on a farm such as cars, trucks and tractors. Find things grown on a farm like fruits and vegetables. Kids can learn all about farm life while coloring their artistic creation! Coloring can be a relaxing activity kids and adults. Some pages have fun trivia questions too! Kids and adults can stimulate thinking and memory skills, with these fun trivia questions. Free coloring sheets are fun art activities for children and adults! Hee Hawww! Yahoo! Giddy Up! What kid hasn't imagined themselves King (or Queen) of the rodeo? Can't you picture it? A western landscape...hot and dusty...sunny and smokey. And who arises from this scene? None other than the fastest-firing-gunslinger in all the west! This kid epitomizes what a cowboy should be. Decked out like the cowboys of cowboys in a: vest and tie, cowboy boots, rodeo jeans covered by chaps, gun and holster, with the coolest cowboy hat to complete the look. Now that's a cowboy! And that's just what your kids are imagining...that they are REAL cowboys and cowgirls! Winnie the Pooh is the children's book character that has captured the imagination as well as the heart of young children and indeed their parents as well, across the world. Initially drafted in 1926 as the creative brain child of the world renowned children's literalist and author A.A. Milne, one of the most remarkable feats that the Winnie the Pooh series has managed to achieve is how relevant and fresh it has stayed to the modern audience. Written almost a century ago, Winnie the Pooh and his collection of his lovable friends still delight people even to this very day, being favoured in favour of other more modern offerings.

She just loves to color in their dresses and jewellery and the more brilliant and extravagant she can make them the better. She has really improved with her hand eye co-ordination and creativity since she started regularly using these too. I always ask her to autograph her amazing works of art and I can see over time how much better her writing has become. I know I will treasure these momentos when I am older. Another idea is to take the cut out characters and add them into a new scene of your making. Get a bigger blank piece of paper and stick them in to make an action packed scene, or as my youngest calls it, "A Party!". This approach has many benefits. First of all, kids enjoy coloring each of the alphabet letters, so they will learn without realizing it, because they are enjoying themselves. Digital coloring books allow you to print multiple copies of the same page. You only need to print the pages your child likes. This means less waste, and you are doing your bit for the environment. There is no need to worry about storing coloring books when kids are finished. Everything is in digital format and stored on your computer or storage device. He will soon be old enough that in a year or so we will be able to break out the paints and see what he is like using them on the Coloring Pages. I know he will love this although I am already nervous at the idea of the chaos it could make! I am sure his eyes will go wide the first time I mix two colors together to make a brand new one, such as red and yellow combining to make orange. It is so rewarding to see his progress over time as he learns without knowing he is doing so. I can really see how his ability to concentrate has improved.
